YAY, my first journal. Well, not much going on in my life right now. Just got done with midterms and hope to wind down a bit. Maybe get over this little cough I've got. So, that's it.

Oh right, the God Room. Well, it's a little idea for a possible series I've come up with. I would like to use the names of the different lands in latin, so if anyone knows how to speak it, please let me know. Anyways, God Room is a special world. Here, the inhabitants have evolved into anthropomorphic beings, some from mundane creatures like dogs and cats, some from mythical creatures such as dragons and Phoenix. Through their evolution, the various races found that the very ground they walked on and the air they breathed was filled with mana. Mana has saturated the people since birth and soon they began to show special powers because of it. In the next thousand years, the great nations of God Room were born.

~Magic in God Room~

As stated earlier, the entire world is heavy with mana, the source of all magic. Being exposed to it since their time in the womb, the residents of God Room are able to use magic by focusing their willpower for a desired affect. For people who have little will power or ambition, they are only able to perform small acts of telekinesis, making projects such as construction easier and safer. This power is present since birth. When this person gets older and becomes more willful, the power of telekinesis disappears and is soon replaced with spells unique to that individual. The stronger the persons willpower, the more spells they achieve. However, it becomes harder and harder to amass power. In fact, there are only a few people born in a generation who are able to perform four spells and they most often belong to the elite class who have strong magical bloodlines. Using the magic in the soil, enchanted objects can be forged with their own individual powers, some strong, some weak, some rare, some common.

~The Lands of God Room~

Here are only a few of the lands that create God Room. Each one is named after a room or area in a house.

Living Room: Lies at the center of God Room and is the largest country. One a monarchy, it is now the only democracy in the world. It is said all roads lead to Living Room. This town is the center of trade in both mundane and magical merchandise. The citizenship are a mix of both animal and magical beings. What sets this country apart from others is the Magic Registration Center (MRC). Here, they record and store data on all forms of magic, from items to the individual spells of people. Should an unknown or dangerous spell appear, the MRC sends out a police like group called Judges, who will either escort the individual to have their spells cataloged, or apprehend them if they are hostel. The MRC are able to teach the Judges a special form of magic called Enforcement Magic, a way of binding others that takes the place of the spells they would learn. The main character Sirburous Baskerville lives.

Garden: A massive forest. 95% of this land is covered with vegetation. This forest is the home to the only none evolved animals in the world, as well as some who have not broken away from their primal ways. Here, the leaders of the land are the All Trees, three sentient trees with the power to create the seeds of every plant imaginable, as well as a few unique ones. When a seed is born from an All Tree, a Nymph is born with it. The Nymph plants and raises the seed, protecting and nourishing it for life. A plant and its nymph are connected, one cannot survive without the other. While they have their natural power to communicate with plants, each Nymph is also able to use their own unique spells based on their willpower, though very few are lethal. The Nymph Wintergreen lives here, as well as her parents Seagreen (Male Nymph) and Limegreen (Female Nymph).

Bed Room: A nation covered in eternal darkness. The magic in this land repels sunlight, making it always nighttime. The only time its residents call day is when the moon passes over. Here, the residents are beings born from the darker half of myth or nocturnal animals. The nation is divided between different clans each one vying for more and attacking other clans. Despite the constant battles, the vampires, who control the largest section of land, are in power and represent the nation. The only person who are not under their watch owns the second largest land, the old Medicine Woman Baba Yaga.
